All Serat rugs are made to order, in addition, each rug is knotted by hand, which is a very time consuming process. We offer a standard delivery service, which takes approximately 3 months, and an express service, which takes 2 months.

Duties & Taxes
All our rugs are shipped from London, United Kingdom, so if your delivery destination is outside the UK, you may be asked by your local customs authority to pay local taxes and/or duty for importing the rug. The amount will depend on your local customs legislation and will be payable to your government directly and not to us.
